Just venting

After being away from VR for over a year, I began to think maybe it wasn't as bad as I remembered. Maybe there were'nt as many bat shit crazy people on here as I thought.

I have been back for just a couple months and I find it just the opposite. There seems to be more crazy ass drama whores than ever.

If it were not for the few friends that are still here, I can't imagine why anyone would stay.

My husband opened a new profile with me and oh dear godess. Is there really that big a shortage of men on here? Do you really have to introduce yourself with "Hello my sexy prince"? or "I'm here to find bf". My favorite, "Hello my Master"?

What the heck is wrong with these people? It baffles me that women have such little self respect that they whore themselves out to any one that will talk to them. And yes ladies, that is what you are doing. Have some respect, a little dignity and for god's sake, learn to spell and read!

Just too many people here think this is a dating site. That's why my profiles say not to attempt cybering or flirting because I will ignore or block. These people should try eHarmony or something if they're that desperate.

The women do that too? I'm not surprised. I don't. I'm not here to "date." If someone wants to talk and be social, I'm up for that. Anything beyond that generally gets met with sarcastic humor or dry politeness. And if a guy persists in trying to take things to a different level with me, I flat out tell him I'm not interested. I try to be nice and subtle first, but sometimes that doesn't work.

I don't remember guys being as aggressive about it, though. I wonder if that's a new thing, or if I just don't remember it. I was gone for a while too. I'm happy to be back, but I do miss a lot of the people I used to talk to who don't come online anymore. Name changes also having me wondering who I know and who I don't! lol

Cinnamon, I used to talk to you a long time ago. I too have found profiles that I thought were old friends only to find out they now belong to someone else.

I guess it is a matter of weeding out the nuts to find the good ones.

I have also seen that.

My profile saids I have someone, however guys don't seem to get the clue.

I am really looking just to talk, and learn some.

Not looking to hook up with anyone, even if I was not with someone.

When just starting on this site, you don't know these people, why act like you are dating, makes no since to me.

Whatever happened to going up to someone face to face and asking them out that way, then getting to know each other face to face.

Changes Coming To LA Rose Noir

I was and am happy and a bit intimidated to discover that I have been made an ACM for the Coven of La Rose Noir.

I am looking forward to finding and adding some new members. So many of the olders ones are no longer active and things have gotten a bit quiet.

I have been gone from VR for almost 2 years and am saddened by how mant people have left.

Many were friends, some could have been, one was lost ot cancer.

VERY glad to see some familiar faces and can"t wait for the fun to begin!
